Large Cap Transaction definition
Large Cap Transaction means a purchase or sale of securities issued by (or equivalent securities with respect to) companies with market capitalization of at least $2.5 billion.
Large Cap Transaction means a purchase or sale of Securities issued by (or equivalent securities with respect to) companies with market capitalization that are not considered small cap Securities, or have a market capitalization of at least $3.5 billion.
Examples of Large Cap Transaction in a sentence
In the event of a Large Cap Transaction, the Company shall provide to the holder of this Warrant at least twenty (20) days’ written notice of such Large Cap Transaction, and this Warrant shall terminate unless exercised prior to the closing date of such Large Cap Transaction.
