LAR Amount definition
LAR Amount means the sum of all of the costs associated with the actions set forth on Schedule 1.1(c) hereto in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Panama and Venezuela."
LAR Amount in Section 1.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:
LAR Amount means the bonuses payable to Employees under government mandated change in control provisions in Mexico, Venezuela and Brazil.
