The intent of the Provo Network Latency Standard is to limit the Latency Achievement Quotient (LAQ), as defined below, to 1.0 or less (the equivalent of average latency equaling 150 milliseconds or less) in a given month.
Other than LAQ, the Company does not own any capital stock or have any interest in any corporation, partnership, or other form of business organization.

The credit will apply to any affected Subscribers served by the portion of the Provo Network experiencing the substandard LAQ for the given Month.
