Laptops and Desktops refers to personal computers, their operating systems and Clearwire-Authorized Software applications, for use by Designated Personnel in the performance of Services to be provided by Supplier to Clearwire, plus (if specified in Attachment I-4) related peripheral equipment such as monitors and non-network local printers that are owned by Clearwire as of the date of execution of the ASO. “Clearwire- Authorized Software is identified in Attachment I-4.
