LAPs definition

LAPs means the HSP’s Long-Term Care Home Accountability Planning Submission;
LAPs means local areas of play to be provided by the Owner and Developer as part of the Development in accordance with the Play Area Scheme
LAPs means the two local areas of play (non equipped) to be provided on the S106 Site in the locations and to the specification approved by the Borough Council under the relevant condition on the Planning Permission;

More Definitions of LAPs

LAPs means a local area of play with a minimum activity zone of 100 (one hundred) square metres set within a buffer zone of a minimum of 400 (four hundred) square metres PROVIDED THAT the exact size of the LAP shall be laid out in accordance with the Green Infrastructure Specification.
