LAPCA means the Lesotho AIDS Programme Coordinating Authority established pursuant to the provisions of Memorandumthrough a decis No. C3 (2000/5) 180ion of the Cabinet of the Recipient, dated November 6March __, 20001 and further referred to in Section 5.01 (bc) of this Agreement and inparagraph 3– of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
