Lantheus means such Affiliate and (ii) “Parties” shall mean Perspective and such Affiliate of Lantheus, and (b) such Affiliate of Lantheus shall thereafter assume all of Lantheus’ rights, obligations and liabilities under this Agreement (and, if applicable, any license agreement entered into in connection with the option) and shall be the counterparty to any such license agreement with Perspective.
