Lansing definition

Lansing means solely for purposes of this Consent Decree, the Lansing Generating Station consisting of four coal-fired boilers designated as Unit 1 (15 MW), Unit 2 (12 MW), Unit 3 (38 MW), and Unit 4 (275 MW), which is located in Allamakee County, Iowa. Lansing Unit 1, Lansing Unit 2, and Lansing Unit 3 no longer operate and the construction permits for Units 1, 2, and 3 have been revoked.
Lansing means the Lansing Residential Center, located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, or any facility that is used to replace or supplement Lansing.
Lansing means Lansing 53, Inc., a Michigan corporation.
