Landscaping Work definition

Landscaping Work means work shall mean trimming, cutting, removing and otherwise altering soil, grass, trees, shrubbery, crops, vegetation and other natural growth, and removing the associated debris, and planting of new trees or other vegetation where provided hereunder.
Landscaping Work means Items 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 13 in Table 2 in Schedule 3. Law means:
Landscaping Work the installation of all plantings and improvements contained in a Landscaping Plan.

Examples of Landscaping Work in a sentence

  • As part of the Aesthetics and Enhancement Implementation Plan Developer shall include a separate section detailing the aesthetic elements of the plan related to the Landscaping Work Allowance.

  • The Landscaping Work Allowance shall include the landscape and aesthetic treatments for the Kentucky Approach that exceed Project Standards.

  • Developer shall include a tracking mechanism for all of the items in the Aesthetics and Enhancement Implementation Plan that are subject to the Landscaping Work Allowance.

  • If GRANTOR raises any objections or provides any requests for revisions, GRANTEE, together with its consultants and representatives of any governing agencies (if applicable), shall meet with GRANTOR and its consultants in an effort to resolve any differences prior to GRANTEE commencing Landscaping Work.

  • The statement must be accompanied by information sufficient, in IFA’s sole determination, for IFA to verify that such amounts were for costs and expenses incurred in the performance of eligible Landscaping Work.

  • IFA’s obligation to fund amounts in excess of the Landscaping Work Allowance shall also be suspended during such period.

  • Furthermore, while engaging in any Landscaping Work on the Easement Property, GRANTEE shall not unreasonably or materially interfere with use of Grantor’s Parcel by GRANTOR’s tenants, their visitors and other invitees.

  • GRANTEE shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly restore the impacted areas of the GRANTOR’s Parcel (other than permanent changes permitted by this Agreement) to substantially the same condition that existed before the commencement of such Landscaping Work and entry.

  • As part of the notice required under the preceding sentence, GRANTEE shall provide GRANTOR reasonably detailed plans describing the planned Landscaping Work, including details on vegetation to be removed, details on vegetation to be planted, and the proposed schedule for entry onto Grantor’s Parcel.

  • The wages and certain other conditions not specifically enumerated elsewhere in this Agreement for Wrecking Work are set forth in Supplement No. 3; for Gardening, Horticultural and Landscaping Work are set forth in Supplement No. 4.

Related to Landscaping Work

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • drainage work means any watercourse and includes any land which is expected to provide flood storage capacity for any watercourse and any bank, wall, embankment or other structure, or any appliance, constructed or used for land drainage or flood defence;

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.
