Landscaped means laid out and maintained with features such as trees, shrubs, lawns, paving, walls and screens so as to enhance the amenities of the site and surrounding area.
Landscaped means the planting of lawns, shrubs, and trees and the addition of fencing, Walkways, drives, or other structures or materials used in landscape architecture.
Landscaped means land which has been altered from its natural state to improve its aesthetic appearance by changing its contours, adding ornamental features and plantings. Only pervious land may be considered to be landscaped.

Landscaped means having had landscaping installed.
Landscaped means an area not built on and not used for any purpose other than as a planted area or screening buffer and which shall include at least one hedgerow of hardy shrubs or similar type of vegetation not less than 0.3 metres in height at the time of planting. When the landscaped area is to serve as a screening buffer, the hedgerow must be at least 1.2 metres in height when planted and, when fully grown, shall reach a height of not less than 2 metres, extending the full length of the landscaped area and shall be maintained in a healthy growing condition. A landscaped area does not include driveways, parking spaces or parking aisles.
