Landscape Materials definition

Landscape Materials means living plants, such as trees, shrubs, vines, ground cover, flowers and grasses. It may include such nonliving features as bark, wood chips, rock, brick, stone or similar materials (monolithic paving not included) and structural and/or decorative features such as fountains, pools, gazebos, walls, fences, benches, light fixtures, sculpture pieces, and earthen Berms, terraces and mounds.
Landscape Materials means any material used in or derived from the landscape or improvements to the landscape of real property, including, without limitation, trees, branches, shrubs, plants, vegetation, brush, yard trimmings, leaves, side, dead plant material, soil, or dirt, sand, gravel, rock, stone, boulders, mulch, fencing, paving materials, or like materials.
Landscape Materials means green waste derived from landscape operations and includes but is not limited to grass clippings, plants, shrubs,and tree trimmings not more than six inches (6”) in diameter.

Examples of Landscape Materials in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall, without cost to the City, at Municipal Collection Sites: (i) furnish City Containers for the deposit of Landscape Waste at each Municipal Collection Site, for Landscape Waste from municipal sites and operations; and (ii) collect, transport, and dispose of such Landscape Materials, at dates and times mutually agreeable to the City and the Contractor.

  • Contractor agrees to manage and dispose of all Landscape Materials in compliance with State Assembly Bill 1826 regulations which require the separation of organic materials from other waste for the purpose of composting, mulching, anaerobic digestion, or other recycling/landfill diversion.

  • Landscape Materials is a separate contract provided by SHA all landscape materials such as double ground hardwood mulch, top soil, certified playground mulch, drainage stone & crusher run stone, and wheat straw ▇▇▇▇▇ on a need basis.


More Definitions of Landscape Materials

Landscape Materials means vegetation, groundcover, plants, and trees, whether natural or artificial, and materials or features such as edging, rocks, or mulch, and similar items that accent the overall appearance of property. Landscape Materials shall not include Public Improvements Construction in accordance with written direction of the Director.
Landscape Materials shall include grass clippings, tree trimmings, shrub prunnings, other plant/landscape materials, and non-hazardous wood waste generated at the Business. Landscape materials also does not include paper, plastic, glass, or litter materials.
Landscape Materials means any combination of living plant materials and non-binding materials such as mulch, pebbles, decorative walls, fountains and other decorative materials.
Landscape Materials means any plant material that is either separated at the point of generation and will be mulched or composted. Landscape materials shall not be landfilled.
