In addition to the foregoing, the Declarant, its successors and assigns, and the Association, shall have the right to utilize all Wall, Fence and/or Landscape Easements, for purposes of accessing any and all fences, walls or landscaping on the Property and for access to any Common Areas and/or any Improvement from time to time located thereon.
