Landscape Easements definition

Landscape Easements means those areas of ground so designated on a Plat of any part of the Real Estate.
Landscape Easements. Landscape Easements shall mean any portion of a Building Lot located within the landscape easements designated on the Plat or in a Supplemental Declaration, if any.

More Definitions of Landscape Easements

Landscape Easements means those areas designated on any Plat of all or any part of the Real Estate as Landscape Easements, either separately or in combination with any other easement designated on such Plat.
