Landscape Easement definition

Landscape Easement means an area that may be privately owned, but is reserved to provide open space and buffer yards.
Landscape Easement means a portion of a Lot or Common Area designated on the Plat as an area to be landscaped and maintained by the Association as a Common Area.

Examples of Landscape Easement in a sentence

  • Buyer acknowledges that the CITY is reserving a permanent Signage and Landscape Easement and a permanent Pedestrian Easement with the sale of the Property.

  • Each Owner of any part of the Property encumbered by any such Wall, Fence and/or Landscape Easement understands and agrees that the installation of landscaping therein shall require the prior written approval of the Architectural Committee.

  • The Declarant and Association have the right to cut or remove any trees, bushes or shrubbery located within the Wall, Fence and/or Landscape Easement Area that may interfere with their rights under this Section.

  • The Association shall maintain the fences installed by the Declarant (except where installed pursuant to Article IV, Section 2(g)) as well as the landscaping fronting, which shall include walls and signage installed by the Declarant in either the Common Area or the Landscape Easement.

  • No Improvements shall be built in the Wall, Fence and/or Landscape Easement Area by any Owner of any part of the Property, except for Declarant, and except as otherwise expressly permitted this Declaration.

  • Grantee, its successors, assigns, agents, contractors, employees and licensees shall have at all times ingress and egress to the Slope and Landscape Easement Area for the purposes set forth above, including without limitation constructing, altering, maintaining, inspecting, repairing, reconstructing and operating said Slope and Landscaping Improvements.

  • In accordance with the provisions of Sections 8.3(a)(7), 8.4(c), 9.19(a), 9.19(b), Buyer and Seller have agreed upon the forms of the Ground Lease Assignment, Ground Lessor’s Assignment and Consent, Landscape Easement and the Parking Garage Easement Agreement, the forms of which are attached hereto as Exhibits C-1 through C-4, respectively.

  • Utility easement means an easement of eight feet in width

  • Conservation easement means a nonpossessory interest of a holder in real property imposing limitations or affirmative obligations the purposes of which include retaining or protecting natural, scenic, or open-space values of real property, assuring its availability for agricultural, forest, recreational, or open-space use, protecting natural resources, maintaining or enhancing air or water quality, or preserving the historical, architectural, archaeological, or cultural aspects of real property.

  • Easement Area means the area which is hatched on the plan.

  • Easement Agreement means any conditions, covenants, restrictions, easements, declarations, licenses and other agreements listed as Permitted Encumbrances or as may hereafter affect the Leased Premises.

  • Easement means an acquired legal right for the specific use of land owned by others.
