LANDMARK PROPERTY means the parcel(s) on which a landmark or historic district exists, including all character-defining elements, non-character-defining elements, contributing structures, and non-contributing structures. “Natural heritage/natural landmark” refers to features that are part of the natural landscape; that are not man-made.
