Landfill Operator definition

Landfill Operator means a person who operates a permitted solid waste landfill.
Landfill Operator means a certified operator who is the individual responsible for the daily operating requirements identified in 401 KAR 47:120, 48,060, 48:090, or 48:170;
Landfill Operator means the company under agreement with Weber County to manage and operate the Landfill, which as of the effective date of this agreement is Moulding & Sons Landfill LLC.
