Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Declaration, the definitions and characteristics of such Land Use Classifi- cations, and specific permitted and prohibited uses within said Land Use Classifications, shall be determined in the relevant Supplemental Declaration.
As portions of South Bay are readied for development, the Land Use Classifications, restrictions, easements, right-of-ways, and other matters, including new or different uses and restrictions therefore may be fixed by Declarant in a Supplemental Declaration which may be recorded on that portion of South Bay being developed.
