Land splits definition

Land splits as used in this article means the division of improved or unimproved land whose area is two and one-half acres or less into two or three tracts or parcels of land for the purpose of sale or lease.
Land splits means the division of improved or unimproved land the area of which is two and one-half (2½) acres or less into two (2) or three (3) tracts or parcels of land for the purpose of sale or lease.

  • public open space means an open space area conveyed or

  • Reverse Split has the meaning set forth in Section 5.21.

  • Conversion building means a building that at any time before creation of the common interest community was occupied wholly or partially by persons other than purchasers and persons who occupy with the consent of purchasers.

  • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.
