Land split definition

Land split means a division of land by the owner resulting in the creation of not more than 4 parcels or building sites, any one of which is 35 acres in size or less, or the division of a block, lot or outlot within a recorded subdivision plat into not more than 4 parcels or building sites without changing the exterior boundaries of said block, lot or outlot. The remnant parcel, if any, shall count as one of the parcels or building sites created by said division.
Land split means the division of improved or unimproved land whose area is two and one‐half acres or less into two or three tracts or parcels of land for the purpose of sale or lease where no new street is involved
Land split means the division of improved or unimproved land into two or three tracts or parcels of land for the purpose of sales, rent or lease.

Related to Land split

  • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.

  • Conversion building means a building that at any time before creation of the common interest community was occupied wholly or partially by persons other than purchasers and persons who occupy with the consent of purchasers.

  • Construction Completion Date or “Completion Date” means the date by which the overall Development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Completion Certificate is issued by the Authority as per Article 14.1.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.
