Land Sitework means the site preparation, storm drainage, site lighting, landscaping and irrigation, paving and striping, and utility connections with respect to the Land detailed in the Civil Plans.

  • Tenant shall be under no obligation to complete the Shell Building and the Land Sitework but its actions in this respect shall be wholly at its option.
