Land Project definition
Land Project has the meaning provided in paragraph (2)(a) of Part B of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇.
Land Project means Entitled Land that has satisfied the requirements in Section 5.3, prior to the inclusion of such land in Eligible Collateral as a Development Project .
