Land Pooling Scheme definition

Land Pooling Scheme means a scheme as provided in subsection (1) of section 26 of the Act.

More Definitions of Land Pooling Scheme

Land Pooling Scheme means schemes under the provision of RLPS Act 2016 and Rules 2020 shall be governed by provisions of these acts/ rules.
Land Pooling Scheme means the pooling together of all the lands in an identified area, under different ownerships voluntarily and redistributing it in a properly reconstituted form after development and re-allotment of the pre-defined extent of the land to the Land Owners, after deducting the land required for public open spaces for parks and play grounds, social housing for economically weaker sections, social amenities such as school, dispensary, other civic amenities etc, road network and other infrastructure as specified under the Act and duly retaining a part of the land by the Authority in lieu of the cost of development towards the provision of infrastructure and amenities and other costs and expenses to be incurred for the Scheme and external trunk infrastructure.
