Land modification definition
Land modification means any modification to the existing land surface, including fills of more than two thousand five hundred (2,500) cubic feet (70.79 cubic meters), excavations of more than two thousand five hundred (2,500) cubic feet (70.79 cubic meters), drainage changes that will affect drainage onto or off of adjacent property, or surface disturbances of more than two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet (232.69 square meters).
