Land Leveling Subproject Agreement definition
Land Leveling Subproject Agreement means an agreement, referred to in Section I.B.2 of the Schedule to the Project Agreement, between the Project Implementing Entity, represented by DOFWM, and a Service Provider, setting forth the terms and conditions governing the implementation of a Land Leveling Subproject, including the related cost-sharing arrangements between the Project Implementing Entity and the Service Provider, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such agreement.
