The Customer’s TTR is based on the Outage time per LAN Switch for each Outage event.
If multiple LAN Switches are unavailable because of a LAN Switch issue, Verizon will only consider the Outage of the affected LAN Switch in its calculation of the Availability SLA and LAN Switches attached logically or physically to that LAN Switch will not be considered unavailable.
TTR is the time to resolve an Outage Trouble Ticket for a LAN Switch under management.
