LAMATA definition

LAMATA means the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority, an Agency under the State of Lagos, operating pursuant to Law No. 1 of 2002 of Lagos State Laws;
LAMATA means the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority.

  • Lagos State shall monitor and evaluate the progress the Project and prepare Project Reports (in part based on the reports prepared by LAMATA pursuant to Section II.A.1. of the LAMATA Project Agreement), all in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators set forth in Section II.A.2. of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.
