Seller shall notify Purchaser at least 48 hours in advance of any public hearings with respect to the Avon - 76 - Lake Lot Split and shall promptly notify Purchaser of any decisions or recommendations made by any Governmental Authority with respect to the Avon Lake Lot Split.
Before Lake Lot Owners can have a dock on Lakeland’s property, they first must file an application for and obtain the Permit, pay the annual fee in advance, and agree in writing to comply with all the its Rules and Conditions.
