Lake Lot definition

Lake Lot means a Lot containing any real property which adjoins, abuts or contains any part of the lake as more particularly shown on the recorded subdivision plat for the Community.
Lake Lot means a lot upon which is located a portion of the Water Retention, Lake, and Recreation Easement as shown on the Section 1 Plat and as more particularly described in Paragraph A. 3 of Article VI hereof.
Lake Lot means the real property located to the south of the Leased Premises containing the body of water commonly known as “Mark Holtz Lake.”
