Lake Frontage definition

Lake Frontage or “Frontage” means the distance between the side lot lines of a lot or parcel as extended to the Belleville Lake shoreline, measured between their points of intersection with the shoreline at the normal high water mark.

  • Lot Frontage means the width of a lot between the side lot lines measured along a line parallel to and 7.5 metres distant from the front lot line;
