Lagger means a worker engaged in mixing or fixing lagging on the job including the application of any thermal insulating material by any means and the fixing of protective coverings of canvas, sheetmetals, fabrics, plastics, bituminous fibreglass and asbestos felt or other similar materials to such insulation.

  • Conditioning Mechanic (eCraft 23410) Minimum Education: The Insulator/Lagger will have successfully completed Ship’s Lagger Applied Skill Technology Course or equivalent.
