  • At LAFD’s request or upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Contractor shall return to LAFD any Deliverables not provided to the City and Contractor shall destroy (or permanently erase in the case of electronic files) all copies of Confidential Information, and Contractor shall, upon request, certify to City its compliance with this sentence.
