  • Resident also agrees that the LACDA, or its duly authorized agent, employee, or contractor may take photographs inside the residence while conducting official LACDA business.

  • A formal grievance hearing shall be conducted by an impartial person appointed by the LACDA other than the person who made or approved the LACDA action under review, or a subordinate of such person.

  • If Resident is absent from the dwelling unit when the LACDA comes to perform maintenance, the Resident’s request for maintenance shall constitute permission to enter.

  • If a Resident is issued a Notice of Termination, the LACDA will not accept rent payments in any form unless the resident is in the grievance hearing process.
