Labour Rates definition

Labour Rates means the labour rates set forth in Schedule D (Part 4);
Labour Rates means charges equivalent to the Supplier’s standard hourly rates for work done within the Supplier’s standard operating hours, and:
Labour Rates. Means what a vehicle repairer can charge by the hour to cover their labour costs, subject to the maximum labour rate stated on your agreement form.

Examples of Labour Rates in a sentence

  • If the Parties have agreed to amend the Base Internal Labour Rates but the Parties cannot then agree the changes to the Base Internal Labour Rates within the relevant period either Party may seek determination of such changes in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure under clause 26.

  • In the event that the Parties to the Call-Off Contract agree to amend the Base Internal Labour Rates, the Parties shall use reasonable endeavours to agree the changes to the Base Internal Labour Rates within 20 Business Days of the proposal to amend being agreed or within any other period as may be agreed by the Parties.

  • If accepted by Contractor, such roster and rates shall be incorporated into the Work Order via a mutually executed Change Order and shall become part of the Labour Rates for the Project although Subcontractor must receive Contractor’s consent in advance for overtime to be worked in each instance.

  • Any adjustments to the Subcontract Price, the Project Schedule or the Work Schedule, if applicable, shall be determined on the basis of the actual cost and savings incurred by the Subcontractor as a result of the Change Directive, provided that, for the purpose of calculating such actual cost, the Force Labour Rates and Equipment Rates and Schedule of Values shall be used.

  • It shall include a Firm Price offer, supported by a breakdown using the agreed Labour Rates at Schedule 5 (Pricing and Payment) and shall also include; Labour Hours, Material, sub-contractor, Travel & Subsistence and Profit/Overhead costs.

  • Following the release by Statistics Canada of the National All Consumer Price Index (herein- after referred to as the base for October the Company shall compare such Index figures with the Consumer Price Index for July A cost of living allowance of one (1) cent for each points calculated to the near- est full cent, by which the October Index is higher than the July index, will be added to all Labour Rates.

  • Unless specifically indicated otherwise on the Transition Services Schedule in respect of a particular Service, such fees shall be equal to the aggregate of (a) all reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred by the Performing Party or any of its Affiliates in providing the Service, plus (b) the labour costs (at the applicable Labour Rates, which Labour Rates already include a built-in allocation for overhead) incurred by the Performing Party or any of its Affiliates in providing the Service.

  • Standard Labour Rates – the labour fees AVD Communications Pty Ltd charges for its Services as advised by the Supplier.

Labour Rates means [Commercial-in-confidence].
Labour Rates has the meaning given to it in the Separation Agreement. “Loss” has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Separation Agreement.
