LABORATORY STAGE definition

LABORATORY STAGE means the laboratory research carried out in scale 2 to 4L in order to select the suitable conditions before the PILOT SCALE STAGE.  PILOT SCALE STAGE- shall mean performing the pilot scale of minimum 20L to deliver the FINAL PRODUCT  SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT – shall mean the research on technology (LABORATORY STAGE and PILOT SCALE STAGE), design, performance, delivery of product samples and technology, performance of other works not foreseen in the Terms of Reference and in the AGREEMENT, essential and necessary for proper performance of the SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT; transferring to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY the intellectual property rights to all the WORKS under meaning referred to in § 19 of the AGREEMENT and enabling the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY to proper and lawful usage of those rights, without violating any third party rights to these Works by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY.  PROCESS GUARANTEE shall mean guarantee defining the conditions of the pilot scale process that produce FINAL PRODUCT within the REQUIRED PARAMETERS  FINAL REPORT - summary of all results obtained in course of performed tests that covers: interpretation of the results, after LABORATORY STAGE and PILOT SCALE STAGE prepared by CONTRACTOR.
