Laboratory Reporting Limit definition

Laboratory Reporting Limit means the lowest concentration at which an analyte can be detected in a sample of environmental media by a laboratory certified by the Department of Public Health pursuant to section 19a-29a of the Connecticut General Statutes and which concentration can be reported with a reasonable degree of accuracy and precision pursuant to section 22a-133k- 1(h) of the RSRs.
