Laboratory Order definition

Laboratory Order means a single order from a Provider for one or more laboratory tests for a single patient that meets the then current Transaction Specifications and is successfully transmitted to Quest Diagnostics.
Laboratory Order means an order placed by the Dentist with a Laboratory.
