Labor Loading definition

Labor Loading means a percentage equal to the ratio of the total cost of Benefits to the total Wages paid for all employees working in Operator’s electric utility operations. Big Stone II Power plant June 30, 2005 Laws: Shall mean any and all federal, state, and local statutes, laws, judicial decisions, regulations, ordinances, rules, judgments, orders, decrees, codes, plans, injunctions, permits, governmental agreements and governmental restrictions of any Governmental Authority, whether now or hereafter in effect. Lender: Shall mean a Person providing financing or refinancing to any Owner in connection with the development, construction, alteration, rehabilitation, or working capital needs of BSP II.

Related to Labor Loading

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Emergency Medical Transportation means the transportation, by ambulance, of sick, injured or otherwise incapacitated persons who require emergency medical care.

  • Occupational Safety and Health Law means any Legal Requirement designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, and any program, whether governmental or private (including those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions.
