The cause of the Force Majeure Event shall so far as commercially reasonable be remedied with all reasonable dispatch, except that no Party shall be obligated to resolve any Labor Difficulties other than as it shall determine to be in its best interests.
It is understood and agreed that the settlement of strikes or lockouts shall be entirely within the discretion of the Party suffering the Labor Difficulties and that the above requirement that any Force Majeure shall be remedied with all reasonable dispatch shall not require the settlement of the Labor Difficulties by acceding to the demands of any opposing party when such course is inadvisable in the discretion of the Party suffering the Labor Difficulties.
