Labor Category definition

Labor Category means the labor categories in the master management plan specified in Section 4.1, as amended from time to time by mutual agreement, to enable proper tracking of activities as they relate to capitalization versus expense.

Examples of Labor Category in a sentence

  • At the full discretion of the Task Order issuing agency OCO, any Labor Category Type indicated in Section B.6.1 may be used and applied to all other contract types for any Task Order issued under this Master Contract, including Cost-Reimbursement and Fixed-price Task Orders or Cost- Reimbursement and Fixed-price CLINS in Task Orders with multiple contract types; however, the Contractor’s labor category’s Maximum Rates established from this Master Contract will not apply.
