Labor Act definition

Labor Act means the Labor Management Relations Act, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Labor Act means the United States Railway Labor Act or the Labor Management Relations Act, as applicable, and the
Labor Act means the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.), as amended.
