PuriCore International Limited and PuriCore plc, each Affiliates of PuriCore, and Misonix entered into a Share Purchase Agreement and related agreements to acquire the issued shares of Labcaire Systems Limited, which was a subsidiary of Misonix.
Luminaire means a complete lighting unit consisting of a lamp or lamps together with the parts designed to distribute the light, to position and protect the lamps and to connect the lamps to the power supply.
FOISA means the Freedom of Information (Scotland) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time or any superseding or amending enactments or regulations, together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner, the Scottish Information Commissioner and/or any relevant government department in relation to such legislation.
AICTE means All India Council for Technical Education.
CAS means the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
