Lab Studies definition

Lab Studies. We offer a negotiated discounted cost for labs through LabCorp. We may draw blood in the future at our clinic building, but until further notice, lab draws will occur at any LabCorp location and must be billed through Us to include discount. To receive the discount available through Us, the lab ▇▇▇▇ will be paid by the Practice (Spear Direct Care) and the Patient will receive a ▇▇▇▇ at-cost from Spear Direct Care for the labs. These fees will be explained to the patient, verbally agreed upon prior to commencement, and will be invoiced and paid for at the time of service. • Pathology: Anticipated prices for these studies will be listed on our website and are subject to change. • Specialist Consults: Provider shall coordinate with medical specialists to whom Patient is referred to assist Patient in obtaining specialty care. Patient understands that fees paid under this Agreement do not include and do not cover specialists’ fees or fees due to any medical professional other than the Spear Direct Care Provider.

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, as applicable.
