Lab Services definition

Lab Services means any laboratory tests requested by the Customer to be performed from time to time by AsureQuality including any specific expected turn-around times set out in the document attached to these Terms (with terms applicable to only Lab Services set out in section B below);

Lab Services means services related to lab tests, including detailing information and specimen collection supplies for supported lab tests, lab test requisitioning and ordering, lab test specimen collection and accessioning, lab tests performed on specimens, recording of lab test results, delivery of lab test results and billing and collection for lab services.

  • Variagenics and its Affiliates shall not, directly or indirectly, either alone or in conjunction with any other person or entity, (i) enter into any alliance, partnership, joint venture, distribution or similar arrangement or agreement with any person or entity for the purpose of providing Pharmacogenomic Lab Services or (ii) license any Variagenics Know-How to any person or entity for the purpose of providing Pharmacogenomic Lab Services, except as set forth in the next sentence.

  • Variagenics and its Affiliates may, however, license Variagenics Know-How to a Sponsor in connection with a specific Product Development Program to obtain Pharmacogenomic Lab Services using such Variagenics Know- How from any central laboratory of the Sponsor's choice or for the Sponsor to use itself.

  • The foregoing notwithstanding, Covance and its Affiliates shall not be obligated to provide a Price Quotation or perform any Pharmacogenomic Lab Services if prohibited by agreements with third parties (whether entered into prior to or after the date of this Agreement), as determined by Covance in its sole judgment.

  • To facilitate the foregoing, Covance is licensing certain Covance Know-How to Variagenics, and Covance and Variagenics are agreeing to certain provisions regarding the sale of Pharmacogenomic Lab Services and Variagenics Lab Services.

  • If Variagenics or any of its Affiliates is subjected to an on-site inspection or if any inquiries which have a bearing on Variagenics Lab Services under this Agreement are made by any government agencies, Variagenics will notify Covance immediately.

Related to Lab Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Other Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • water services means water supply services and sanitation services;

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.
