L10 definition

L10 means the L10 exceedance level, in A-frequency-weighted decibels, which is equalled or exceeded, ten percent of the total measurement time. See NZS 6801:1991 clause 2.2 definition of exceedance level.
L10 means the noise level that may be exceeded no more than 10% of the time or for no more than six minutes in every hour
L10 means the sound level, expressed in dB(A), which is exceeded ten percent of the time for a one hour survey, as measured by test procedures approved by the commissioner.

Examples of L10 in a sentence

  • It shall meet the parameters of CRC L-10 Superior Maximum Demerit Rating requirements (10 max.) and it shall pass a verifiable, objective dynamometer test which proves keep-clean or clean-up ability relative to untreated fuel oil.

  • L2.2 You may not cancel this Lease for any reason except as expressly set forth in Sections L10 and L11 below, all payment obligations are unconditional.

  • Each person who has served in step ten (10) of his/her assigned range for at least one (1) year shall be eligible to receive a one (1) percent step increase through Range L10 of the attached wage chart for standard or above performance on each successive anniversary date.

  • L6.1 If you default, or terminate this Agreement by non-appropriation under Section L10, you, at your expense, shall return all Equipment by delivering it to us in the same condition as when delivered to you, reasonable wear and tear excepted, to such place or on board such carrier, packed for shipping, as we may specify.

  • In accordance with the Labour Relations Act, Chapter L10, Part V, Section 89(2), the Association and its members, individually and collectively, pledge themselves not to take part in sympathetic strikes and the Employer pledges not to declare or cause a lockout of the employees during the term of this Collective Agreement.

  • RMOs with FRACGP and/or FACRRM and/or FARGP or who have specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia, pursuing an additional fellowship, will be paid no less than Senior Registrar (L10) while undertaking the additional fellowship and will increment in accordance with Clause 12.5 of the Award.

Related to L10

  • PM10 means particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to a nominal 10 micrometers as measured by a reference method based on 40 CFR Part 50 Appendix J and designated in accordance with 40 CFR Part 53 or by an equivalent method designated in accordance with 40 CFR Part 53.

  • L1 means the lowest tender or lowest bid or the lowest quotation received in a tender, bidding process or other procurement solicitation as adjudged in the evaluation process as per the tender or other procurement solicitation.

  • L2 means the Bidder who has quoted second lowest price in the Reverse Auction process.

  • GAC10 means granular activated carbon filter beds with an empty-bed contact time of 10 minutes based on average daily flow and a carbon reactivation frequency of every 180 days, except that the reactivation frequency for GAC10 used as a best available technology for compliance with MCLs under subsection 9.2.1.2 shall be 120 days.

  • MVAR means megavolt ampere of reactive power.
