KZT Reference Rate definition
KZT Reference Rate means, in respect of a Rate Fixing Date, the USD/KZT rate of exchange, expressed as the amount of KZT per one USD as determined by the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange Inc. at approximately 5:00 p.m., Almaty time on their website (USDKZT_TOM): https://kase.kz/en/currency/ or any successor page;
