  • KYE shall not accept or solicit any bartered goods or services relating to the sale of a Product.

  • For greater certainty, KYE shall solely be responsible for interactions and obligations with any Regulatory Authorities that are responsible for the pricing and reimbursement in relation to the Products in the Territory, including the Patented Medicines Pricing Review Board and provincial and federal public drug insurance plans, but shall keep Catalyst reasonably informed of such discussions.

  • If this Agreement is terminated by CATALYST pursuant to 15.2 (Insolvency, Default or Fraud, [***], 18.3 (Assignment Without Consent) or 18.6 (Force Majeure), or if this Agreement is terminated pursuant to 11.3(2) (IP Claim), then KYE shall not have any further rights in relation to the Health Canada Approved NDS, and neither Party shall be under any further obligation to the other in relation to the Product in Canada.

  • The initial term of this Agreement corresponds to the Licensees’ selection of KYE package subscription they have signed up for.
