KWC definition

KWC means Kapalua Water Company, Ltd., a Hawaii corporation.

  • Without limitation, no authorization, consent or approval is required from the PUC or any other Government Authority for the execution, delivery and performance of the Negative Pledge Agreement or the KWTC Stock Pledge Agreement, and other than PUC Approval no authorization consent or approval is required from the PUC or any other Government Authority for the execution, delivery and performance of the KWC Stock Pledge Agreement.
