Within fifteen (15) calendar days of the written response from the KWA In Home Care Director in Step Two, or if no response is received by the Union within the applicable time limits at Step Two, or the mediator’s decision under optional mediation, the Union shall have the right to advise the Employer’s CEO that the Union is forwarding the grievance to a neutral arbitrator for final and binding settlement.

KWA reserves the right to bill an additional Fee if Assets are added to the Accounts during a quarter.
This Agreement shall govern all Accounts under my/our control placed with a KWA approved Custodian.

Unless KWA receives immediate notice that the e-mail was not delivered, the e-mail will constitute valid delivery of a notice, disclosure, or other communication.
Termination of this Agreement will not affect (i) the validity of any action previously taken by KWA under this Agreement; (ii) liabilities or obligations of the parties from transactions initiated before termination of this Agreement; or (iii) your obligation to pay us fees that have already been earned under this Agreement prior to termination.
If no resolution or settlement is reached at Step 1, the grievance may be advanced by the Union in writing to the KWA In Home Care Director at Step 2.
