KVPA definition
KVPA and "KVLY," all fictional business names, trading names, slogans, monikers, registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks and applications; (ii) all know-how, trade secrets, confidential information, customer lists, software, technical information, data, process technology, plans, drawings and blue prints owned, used or licensed by the Stations as licensee or licensor; and (iii) all Internet websites relating to the Stations. Sunburst owns no patents or copyrights relating to the Stations. Sunburst has the right to use all of the Intellectual Property Assets. Sunburst's use of the Intellectual Property Assets does not infringe on the legally enforceable rights of any other Person. Other than for the Stations' call letters (which are not listed on any Schedule to this Agreement), all material items of the Intellectual Property Assets are listed on Schedule 2.1(c). ----------------
