KVP, Inc definition
KVP, Inc means KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. “KVP, Inc Board” means the board of directors of KVP, Inc. “Person” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3(a)(9) of the United States’ Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and used in Sections 13(d) and 14(d) thereof.

For purposes of this definition, Persons will be considered to be acting as a group if they are owners of a corporation that enters into a merger, consolidation, purchase or acquisition of stock, or similar business transaction with KVP, Inc.
