This guarantee shall remain in full force and effect until the termination of this Agreement, provided that the undersigned shall not be released from their obligations so long as the Account and any obligations the Account has with KVB PRIME lasts.

If automatic Order execution is offered to the Client, KVB PRIME shall be entitled to change the price on which the Client's Order is executed to the market value at the time at which the Order from the Client was received.
KVB PRIME is required to establish and maintain specific policies and procedures concerning money laundering and in particular the strict implementation of the "Know Your Customer" principal.
In relation to the Company ‘ s trading account (Account) the undersigned agree(s) to jointly and severally guarantee personally the immediate, full and complete performance of any and all of the duties and obligations of this Account and the payment of any and all damages, costs and expenses, which may become recoverable by KVB PRIME from the Company.
