  • I am aware of the potential conflicts of interest that exist in the Trustee’s administration of the Trust and I expressly waive any and all claims against the Trustees, the Trust and KEEP THEM SAFE FOUNDATION INC., or any affiliated entity for any act of self-dealing or conflict of interest resulting from the administration of the KTS POOLED TRUST I.

  • KTS POOLED TRUST I also assumes no responsibility for the eligibility of the Beneficiary to any public benefit program.
